Russian Defense Ministry: Russian air force didn’t carry out any strikes on Khan Sheikhon area in Idleb

Moscow – Russian Defense Ministry confirmed on Tuesday that the Russian Air Force didn’t conduct any strikes on sites in Khan Sheikhon area, 70 km to the south of Idleb city, SANA reported.

The ministry denied, in a statement, reports that have been circulated by some foreign media outlets about launching alleged strikes by the jets of Russian Aerospace Forces in Khan Sheikhon area in the countryside of Idleb city.

 

It added that the Russian jets didn’t carry out any flights over the area, calling on some foreign media not to be dragged into media leaks that  been circulated by organizations which describe themselves as human rights’ advocates, like “the Syrian Observatory” operating in London.
