Jobex Exhibition Kicks off in Damascus

Damascus,(ST) –Employment and Job Opportunities Exhibition (Jobex) opens today in Damascus. The three- day event is organized by Masarat Company for Fairs and Conferences andunder the patronage of Syriatel and Arab International University.

The Exhibition is held in cooperation with the General Establishment of Fairs and International Markets and MTN Company. Some 50 Companies representing the various industrial and services sectors take part in the exhibition.

The event aims at making the opportunity available for holding meetings between these companies and those who seek job opportunities in one place.

In a statement to the Director of Masarat Company Anass Zebain, he clarified that that importance of the exhibition comes through its contribution to help the young people and provide them with a job in addition that the exhibition forms an opportunity to the visitor to explore available jobs at the participating companies.

Mr. Zebiean pointed out that the exhibition reflects the big improvement of the industrial and economic sectors in Syria, expressing his hope of more cooperation with concerned bodies to make the exhibition a success and achieve its goals.
