Iran and Turkey agree to cooperate for ending crisis in Syria

Tehran – The Iranian Foreign Ministry announced on Wednesday an Iranian-Turkish agreement on “cooperation” for ending the crisis in Syria and sending humanitarian aid to it.

The agreement was announced upon a visit paid by Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif to Ankara, SANA reported.

The Public and Media Diplomacy Center at the Iranian Foreign Ministry said the agreement between Tehran and Ankara is considered a “important achievement” reached after the short visit of Zarif to Ankara.

Earlier, Zarif met Premier of the Turkish Regime Bin Ali Yildirim in Ankara.
