Hilal to FEARAB Brazil: Syrian Army Victory over Terrorism Will Draw Region’s Future
DAMASCUS, (ST)- A delegation representing the Federation of Arab Communities in America and Brazil “FEARAB” Brazil, led by Aziz Jarjour, is on a visit to Syria to voice solidarity with the Syrian people in the face of the terrorist war targeting the a country. They had the opportunity to meet Syrian officials and know about the reality of events in the country.
The Assistant Regional Secretary of the Baath Arab Socialist Party Hilal al Hilal underscored the importance of visits by expatriate delegations to Syria in conveying the truth about what is going in the country in order to contribute to creating an international public opinion abroad that supports just causes and expose the destructive takfiri wahhabi mentality Syria is confronting.
“The schemes prepared against Syria within the crisis has failed thanks to the strong national unity of the Syrians, the steadfastness of the Syrian Arab Army, the wise leadership of President Bashar Al-Assad and the strength of the country’s institutions which ensured elements of steadfastness despite the unfair economic siege imposed on the Syrians, Hilal said.
He pointed out that “Syria backs all efforts aiming to stop bloodshed in the country if they preserve its national sovereignty,” stressing that the victories of the Syrian Arab Army will draw up the region’s future.
On his part, Jarjour said the delegation visited Syria to know what is really going on in the country, pointing out that Syria will triumph over terrorism soon.
Sausan: US aggression against Syrian army belies American Intentions about fighting terrorism
Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Sausan also met the FEARAB Brazil delegation. He briefed the guest delegation on the terrorist aggression Syria is being exposed to, noting that the US recent intentional crime of targeting Syrian army positions in Deir Ezzor has proved the close relation between the United States and armed groups. The aggression has also unveiled the American untrue intentions regarding fighting terrorism, because the U.S. itself has worked to spread terrorism and has made alliances with Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar which are the hotbed of extremism in the region and the world, he said
The Syrian official affirmed that the Syrian people and army are more determined today to defeat the terrorist gangs and foil the conspiracy hatched against their homeland and to maintain Syria’s independent decision and territorial integrity.
He hailed the great efforts being exerted by expatriates as to clarify the reality of the conspiracy against Syria and to enhance the relation between their motherland and the countries where they live.
Members of the delegation expressed pride in the legendary steadfastness of the Syrian people, voicing their support for their homeland in the face of the terrorist war and stressing their readiness to contribute to rebuilding what the takfiri terrorism has destroyed in the country and reiterating their confidence in the victory over the enemies of the nation and the entire humanity
