Daraya Settlement Confirms Defeat of Terrorist Organizations- Hizbollah Official

BEIRUT, (ST)- Daraya settlement confirms the victory of the Syrian Arab Army over the terrorist takfiri gangs, Nabil Qawooq, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Bureau of Hizbollah has stressed.

In a statement on Sunday the Hizbollah official said that “the settlement reached in Daraya is a historical and key strategic achievement and a turning point that will reflect on the course of clashes between the Syrian Army and the terrorist organizations.”

 “It also marks the failure of the scheme of the Saudi regime which has supported the terrorist organizations in Syria,” Qawooq added.

He pointed out that resistance will continue sticking to the strategy of defeating the Israeli enemy and confronting all forms of terrorism.

He urged the Lebanese people to unite and fortify internal stability in order to face the challenges in their country, noting that the Lebanese are paying expensively for the Saudi regime’s interference in the country’s affairs and for its attempt to hinder the election of a president.
