Al-Moallem in Baghdad for Talks on Issues of Common Interest

BAGHDAD, (ST)- Deputy Premier, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Walid al-Moallem on Thursday arrived in the Iraqi capital Baghdad for talks with Iraqi officials on regional developments and issues of common interest.

  According to the Iraqi Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmad Jamal, al-Moallem will meet the Iraqi President Fuad Masum, Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi and Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari  to discuss bilateral ties and issues of common interest.

Al-Moallem’s visit comes at the invitation of the Iraqi foreign minister.
