Chicken with Butter

    Ingredients

    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    1 lime, juiced

    1/2 cup butter

     1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

     4 tablespoons vegetable oil

     Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. And Put the season chicken breasts with salt and pepper Cover it and reduce heat to low, until lightly browned on each side

3- Sprinkle the juices over it, and remove chicken from pan, and keep warm.

4- Drain excess oil from pan. Stir in lime juice, and cook over low heat until it begins to bubble. Stir in butter, 1 tablespoon at a time. Continue stirring until butter becomes opaque, and sauce thickens.

5- Remove from heat, and stir in dill weed. Spoon sauce over chicken, and serve.
