civilians martyred, 32 injured in terrorist attacks

Damascus – Five civilians were martyred Sunday and 32 others were injured in a new breach of the cessation of hostilities by Jaish al-Islam terrorists who attacked residential neighborhoods in Damascus with shells, SANA reported.

During inspecting the wounded in Damascus hospital, Health Minister Nizar Yazigi asserted that the terrorist attack that hit Bab Touma neighborhood left Five civilians dead and 32 others injured.

Earlier, a source at Damascus Police Command said that 4 shells fired by terrorist groups on Bab Touma neighborhood in Damascus killed five civilians, injured 16 others and caused material damage to private and public properties.

 

The source added that terrorists targeted Mazzeh 86 and Arnous neighborhoods with two rocket shells, causing material damage to locals’ houses and public properties.
