Supporting Industrial Sector, Promotion of Investments Stressed

Damascus, (ST) – The Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade, Dr. Adib Mayaleh stressed his ministry’s keenness on supporting the industrial sector and to secure its requirements and raw materials and its willingness to modify earlier decisions for the benefit of the sector, encourage investments.

During his meeting with the Board of the Damascus Chamber of Industry, the minister pointed to the importance of the exchange of views with industrialists, discussed the obstacles facing their work so as to boost production and to overcome difficulties that hinder the development of industry and the process of growth in the current reality.

 

Dr. Mayaleh and pointed to the willingness of his Ministry to coordinate and open areas for cooperation and consultation between the Ministry and the Chamber of Industry.
