Economy Minister: Interest in Facilitating Business Activity

Damascus, (ST) – Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade, Dr. Adib Mayaleh discussed with the Supreme Commission of Investors issues and problems facing investors in the free zones and proposals for the development of work.

 Dr. Mayaleh gave an explanation for next perceptions of the work of the free zones and mechanisms of developing this sector to be attractive zones for investments, stressing the Government’s interest in facilitating the activity of the Syrian business sector and to cooperate with it on the principle of true participatory and to work and encourage industrial investments in the free zones .

 

The meeting concluded to determine the application of these perceptions with the role of all the parties and following up all the results and proposals to reach the desired objectives from the Syrian Free zones.
