Gatilov, Haddad Discuss Political Settlement in Syria

MOSCOW, (ST)- Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Gennady Gatilov and the Syrian Ambassador in Moscow Riad Haddad discussed during their meeting on Tuesday developments in Syria, political solution to the crisis in the country and means of enhancing relations between Syria and Russia.

 

According to a statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry, the two sides’ talks focused on political settlement in Syria through wide intra-Syrian dialogue based on Security Council resolution No. 2254, the decisions of the International Syria Support Group and Geneva Document.
