Two civilians martyred in terrorist mortar attacks

Sweida _ Two citizens, one of them a women, were martyred and others were injured due to terrorist mortar attacks by terrorist organizations on Bard and al-Mjaimar villages in Sweida countryside.

A source at Sweida Police Command said that terrorist groups positioned in Bosra al-Sham and Jmaren on Friday targeted the villages of Bard and al-Mjaimar in the southwestern countryside of Sweida with 9 shells, SANA reported.

 

The source indicated that the terrorist attack killed a civilian from al-Mjaimer village and a woman from Bard village and wounded 7 others, one of them seriously.

Earlier, the army units thwarted a terrorist attack on military points in the two mentioned villages, killing at least 9 terrorists.
