NUSS launches campaign to support children of wounded and martyred Syrian soldiers

The National Union of Syrian Students (NUSS) launched Sunday a campaign to back the children and relatives of the wounded and martyred Syrian army soldiers.

The “Sons of the Sun” campaign includes opening learning centers in Damascus, Aleppo, Lattakia, Tartous, Homs, Hama and Sweida for the children of the wounded and martyred soldiers, according to the Damascus-based al-Watan newspaper.

The paper clarified that training, educational and recreational courses plus sport and musical activities will be carried out in the centers between July 10th and September 5th.

So far, 28 learning centers have been opened in Damascus, Sweida, Homs and Lattaki aprovinces where more than 460 volunteers are teaching the students from the first grade to the ninth.

The volunteers are university students and psychologists, who have been selected after studying the applications they sent to the facebook page of the NUSS or to the facebook page of the “Sons of the Sun’.

Since 2011, a foreign-backed terror war has been waged on Syria to fragment the country and to weaken its army as well as to damage its civilization in accordance with the US-Zionist plot.
