Army destroys Jabhat al-Nusra command center in Daraa, ISIS vehicles in Sweida

Provinces – Army and Armed Forces units continued carrying out counter-terrorism operations in Syrian provinces, destroying a command center for Jabhat al-Nusra in Daraa and a number of vehicles used by ISIS in Sweida, SANA reported.

Daraa

An army unit destroyed a monitoring and command center for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization on the western sides of al-Nuaimeh town, 4 km east of Daraa city on Friday, a military source said.

 

A number of the terrorists were killed or injured during the operation, the source added.

Sweida

An Army and Armed Forces unit destroyed a number of vehicles used by ISIS terrorists in the eastern countryside of Sweida province.

A military source said that an army unit targeted with precise fire the concentrations and fortified positions of ISIS terrorists in Mashbak al-Widian area east of al-Rashidi village in the province’s eastern countryside, resulting in killing a number of terrorists, injuring others, and destroying a number of their vehicles.
