Ingredients
500 g shrimps, Pre-frozen cooked
1 teaspoon parsley, for garnish
For The Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly gounded
2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezedd
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon mustard, dijon
4 hot sauce, drops

1- In a bowl mix cocktail sauce ingredients until well combined together. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2- Once sauce is prepared, remove shrimp from bag and defrost under cold water.
3- Pour the sauce in 3 nice serving bowls; place shrimps on the edge of the bowls, leaving the tails to stick out. Garnish with parsley.
4-Serve cold as an appetizer.
