Raqqa – The so-called “Syria Democratic Forces” announced on Tuesday the beginning of an operation to drive ISIS terrorist organization out of the northern countryside of Raqqa province, SANA reported.
Media reports said the “Syria Democratic Forces” began advancing from Ain Issa town, 65 km north of Raqqa city, with air cover provided by the US-led coalition.
Later on Tuesday, the forces managed to control “Kertaja”, south of Ain Issa town, after driving ISIS terrorists from it.
