1 1/2 cups warm water

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Topping:

1 cup barbecue sauce, bottled

1 chicken breast, cut into small cubes

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of Italian seasoning, or oregano

1 bell pepper, sliced lengthwise

1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Cooking method according to shahiya.com

1. For the dough: Stir yeast and sugar in water and stir. Set aside for 10 minutes till mixture is foamy.

2. Meanwhile, add flour, salt and olive oil into a large bowl and mix.

6. For the Topping: Marinade the chicken in 0.5 cup BBQ sauce, a pinch of salt and italian seasoning. Set aside for 10 minutes or you can marinade them overnight.

7. Grill the chicken till no longer pink.

8. Spread 0.5 cup BBQ sauce on the pizza crust, top with chicken, sliced bell pepper, mushroom and mozzarella cheese.

9. Bake pizza for 20 minutes or till crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
