Forum for Syria, Syrian community in Hungary condemn al-Zara massacre and Badreddine’s assassination
Forum for Syria and the Syrian community in Hungary have condemned the brutal massacre perpetrated by the terrorist organizations in al-Zara town in Hama countryside and the assassination of the Hezbollah commander Mustafa Badreddine near Damascus airport.
They said in a statement carried by the official news agency (SANA) on Saturday that the massacre coincided with the national reconciliation which started in the province of Hama and in many areas nationwide.
“Targeting children and women by the terrorist organizations reflects the deep-seated hatred of the terrorists who serve foreign agenda against Syria,” the statement stressed.
On Thursday at dawn, terrorists affiliated to the al-Nusra Front [Jabhat al-Nusra] and allied armed groups infiltrated into the town-located in the southern countryside of Hama- and killed scores of persons, including women, children and elderly.
Two days later, it was reported that the senior Hezbollah commander Mustafa Badreddine– dubbed Zulfiqar- was martyred when terrorist organizations shelled by artillery one of the Hezbollah positions near Damascus airport.
The assassination of the senior commander was also condemned by the Forum and the community in Hungary in the same statement.
“targeting resistance leaders [Hezbollah leaders] will never weaken our adherence to resistance against the Zionist enemy [Israeli] and the Takfiri enemy [terrorist groups] which are two faces of the same coin,” the statement said.
