News Broadcast by Some Media Outlets on Blocking Homs-Palmyra Road by Terrorists Baseless

DAMASCUS, (ST)- A media source has denied claims reported by anti-Syria media outlets on terrorists’ blocking of Homs-Palmyra road.

The source told SANA on Wednesday that “the news broadcast by some media outlets about cutting the Homs-Palmyra road by the terrorist groups are baseless.”

“These lies and allegations come within the framework some parties’ attempts to disrupt the victory achieved by the Syrian Arab Army and its allies and supportive forces in Palmyra where security and stability was restored to the historical city late last March after the Syrian army drove out the terrorists,” according to the source.
