Ingredients
500 g lean ground beef
4 hamburger buns
1 large red onion
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
4 lettuce leaves
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
olive oil for brushing
salt
pepper ground

1- Cut the onion in half. Mince one half and slice the other into 4 slices.
2- In a bowl, put the minced onion with the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt and pepper and combine well with your hands then divide into 4 patties.
3- Slightly brush the patties with oil and grill for 10 minutes then flip them over to cook the other side.
4-Form a sauce by mixing the ketchup and light mayonnaise in a bowl.
5- In the meantime, cut the hamburger buns open and grill until toasted. Spread some sauce on the top part of each bun.
6- Take the bottom part of the hamburger bun and place one onion slice on it, followed by a lettuce leaf, some tomato slices, and one grilled meat patty then cover with the top half of the bun.
7- Repeat for the other buns.
