Ingredients
3 cups flour
1/2 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon mahlab
1 tablespoon yeast
1/2 cup oil
2 cups warm water
pinch of salt
1 egg, whipped
2 teaspoons caraway, seeds, black ( habbet el-barakeh)

1- Combine the flour, mahlab, yeast and salt together. Then add the yogurt and after that the oil and water gradually, while kneading well, until you get a firm and soft dough.
2-Cover the dough with a nylon bag and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour. It becomes ready when it doubles in size.
3- Divide the dough into balls the size of a walnut and press them against each other in a baking pan.
4- Coat the surface of the dough balls with eggs and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
