Ingredients
150 g fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon capers
4 eggs
1 medium onion
1/2 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper to taste

1. Peel and slice the onion (thin).
2. Fry the sliced onion in a little hot oil.
3. When the onion starts turning brown add the diced mushrooms and cook for 5 min.
4. Scramble the eggs, the capers and the seasoning. Add the mixture to the frying pan.
5. Cook over medium heat until the eggs are no longer runny.
