Al-Zou’bi: Restoring Security, Stability to al-Qaryatain Key Achievement Leading to Complete Victory over Terrorism

DAMASCUS, (ST)-The Syrian Army’s restoration of security and stability to al-Qaryatain city in the southeastern countryside of Syria’s central province of Homs is an important achievement in the way leading to Syria’s complete victory over terrorism and its supporters, Information Minister Omran al-Zou’bi told the Syrian TV on Sunday.

 “The victory achieved by the Syrian Arab army in cooperation with popular defense groups and Syria’s allies in al-Qaryatain continues the gains made in Palmyra and other Syrian areas,” al-Zou’bi said.

 He reiterated that the Syrian armed forces are more determined to clear Syria from terrorism and to restore security and stability countrywide.   

The minister pointed out that “Daesh”, “Jabhet al-Nusra” and other terrorist organizations of different names are all tools serving the implementation of the Saudi-Turkish and American conspiracy on Syria.
