Parliament Speaker, Premier Syria will remain united

Damascus – The Speaker of People’s Assembly (Parliament) Mohammad Jihad Al-Laham assured Thursday that Syria is “for all Syrians, and will remain so” and “We do not accept its partition”, SANA reported.

Laham, addressing the Assembly at its last session of its first legislative term, added that what the Syrian Arab army has achieved of clearing Palmyra of ISIS terrorist organization is the process for victory and reconstruction as well as the ultimate process for any political solution to the crisis in the country.

 

For his part, Premier Wael Halaqi said that victories will spread all over Syria thanks to the sacrifices of the Syrian Arab Army and allies, affirming that.. “We resisted to keep Syria as a one united state” and no force in the world is capable of “changing and manipulating its map”.
