The army continues targeting ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra positions across the country

Daraa

An army unit targeted gatherings of terrorists from the so-called “Yarmouk Martyrs Brigade” which is affiliated to ISIS in an operation in the western side of Khrab al-Shahm town in the northeastern countryside of Daraa province.

Many terrorists were killed and several of their vehicles were destroyed in the operation, a military source said according to SANA.

 

Meanwhile al-Nusra Front terrorist organization acknowledged the death the so-called “military commander in the southern Syria” who is named Tareq Mezaal al-Masalmeh in the surroundings of Tal al-Jomoua in the western countryside of Daraa.

Homs

The army’s air force conducted sorties targeting gatherings of ISIS terrorists and their movements in al-Qaryatain city and the surroundings of Tadmur (Palmyra) city in Homs countryside.

ISIS sites and fortified positions in al-Qaryatain, located southeast of Homs city, were destroyed in the airstrikes.

Airstrikes in the eastern countryside of Homs left a number of ISIS terrorists dead and several of their vehicles and fortified sites destroyed in the area surrounding Tadmur and to the west of Shaer junction.
