Ingredients
2 cups yellow lentils
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons rice
1/4 teaspoon curry
salt to taste
vegetable oil

1-Put the lentils in a pot and cover with 5 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
2-After 8 minutes of boiling, add in the rice, curry and salt, and leave to cook for another 8 minutes.
3-In the mean time, fry the onion in vegetable oil. When the lentils are cooked, add in the fried onion and leave to boil for 5 minutes.
