Ingredients
1 kg potatoes, peeled and cut into slices
1/2 liter liquid milk
1 clove garlic, crushed
10 g butter
2 cups whipping cream
nutmeg
salt to taste
pepper to taste

1-Preheat the oven to 180C.
2- Spread one layer of heavy cream over the bottom of a baking pan. Then arrange the slices of potatoes on top and sprinkle with some crushed garlic, nutmeg, pepper and salt. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used. The final layer should be covered with cream and flavored with nutmeg, pepper and salt.
3- Bake in the oven for at least one hour.
4- Remove and serve hot.
