Social Affairs Minister meets civil society in towns north of Aleppo

Minister of Social Affairs Rema Qadri has said the steadfastness  of Nubbul and Zahraa towns’ residents in the northern countryside of Aleppo for three and a half year and their warding off the armed terrorist groups’ attacks prove that the Syrian people is confidently moving towards victory over terrorism.

She affirmed -during her yesterday’s meeting with civil society and relief committees in the two towns -that the ministry will focus on small projects, rehabilitation and building capabilities to support the residents in the said towns.

“The ministry will offer Financial aid to the civil society in Nubbul and Zahraa towns to make its work more active,” Qadri vowed in the meeting which discussed the demands of the two towns, especially small business development loans and care of martyrs’ families and the Peoples with the Special Needs.

The meeting took place in the cultural center in Nubbul town, according to the official news agency (SANA) .

The agency added that the Minister accompanied by Aleppo Governor Mohammad Marwan Olabi visited the patients, who were admitted from  the two towns to Aleppo University Hospital,  and several families of martyred soldiers.

On February 3rd, Syrian army units in cooperation with popular committees broke the siege imposed on the two towns by terrorist organizations.
