Ingredients
1/2 kg beef liver
1/2 cup green pepper, cut into slices
1 teaspoon garlic, grated
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon margarine
2 tablespoons oil
oil
black pepper
shatta hot sauce
salt

1-Wash the liver and cut into slices, then add the green pepper, garlic and little black pepper. Combine together.
2- Heat the oil and margarine in a pan. Add in the liver mixture, season with salt and shatta and cook until the liver is done.
3-Turn off the heat and mix in the lemon juice.
4- Serve the kibda warm with tahini salad and bread or with ketchup.
