Malaysian PM visits Gaza

 Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak has arrived in the Gaza Strip on a one-day visit seen as a gesture of support for the blockade-hit Palestinian enclave.

Razak and his wife were greeted on the Egyptian-Gazan border by the enclave’s Prime Minister and leader of the Hamas movement Ismail Haniyeh,according to RIA.

Mr. Razak will attend the launch of several major construction projects, including the restoration of the Gazan government’s office that was destroyed by Israeli air strikes during last year’s Israeli military aggression..
