Steak with Cream and Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

800 g steak, cut into thin slices

1 fresh cream, small box

3 cups milk

2 cups mushrooms, whole

1 packet onion soup powder

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons flour

cinnamon

salt to taste

black pepper to taste

Cooking method according to shahiya.com

1. In a bowl, mix the flour with the onion soup powder and 1 cup of milk until all lumps are dissolved. Add in the mushrooms and mix well again.

2. Cook the steak in a buttered pan till it is no longer pink, then flavor with salt, black pepper and cinnamon. Add in the onion soup mixture, making sure that the steak is well coated.

3. Mix in the remaining milk, one cup at a time and stir well. Let simmer over very low heat for about an hour.

4. Add in the fresh cream just before serving.

5. Serve hot with white rice.
