Justice Minister to Belgian Delegation: Countries which supported Terrorism in Syria Begun to Suffer Repercussions of Their Behavior
DAMASCS, (ST)- Justice Minister Najm Hamad Al-Ahmad has stressed that “Syria is facing a foreign-funded organized international terrorism and the Syrian people, who has kept steadfast for almost five years, won’t allow anybody to interfere in their affairs or to confiscate their right to decide their future.”
Al-Ahmad, who made the remarks during his meeting on Monday with Founder and leader of the National Democratic Party in Belgium (Marco Santi), said the meeting comes within the context of contacts with influential forces, organizations and commissions in the western countries as to explain the truth about what is going on in Syria to the public opinion in these countries away from the influence of inciting and misleading media outlets.
The minister pointed out that some countries which have been supporting terrorists in Syria have begun to suffer the repercussions of their behavior. He condemned the terrorist bombings which recently hit Paris, stressing the Syrian people’s solidarity with the French people who suffered the terrorism the government of President Francois Hollande has supported.
On his part, Santi said he is following up Syria events and trying to present a real image about the terrorist aggression targeting Syria. He stressed that he is also seeking mobilizing the Western and international public opinion to reject the war on Syria and to defend it.
