Assistant FM calls upon terrorism supporters to review their wrong policies

DAMASCUS – Assistant Foreign and Expatriates Minister Ayman Sousan reviewed Monday with a delegation from the “Defending Syria Body” in Sweden headed by George Maqdisi Elias, the latest developments in Syria and the victories achieved by the Syrian army in hunting down the Takfiri terrorists.

Sousan asserted that the recent attacks of Paris affirm what Syria has warned of that terrorism has no borders and religion and will rebound on its supporters, calling on the countries that provided all kinds of support to terrorism and began to suffer from it, to review their wrong policies and to cooperate seriously to eliminate terrorism, SANA reported.

He reiterated Syrian people’s determination to continue their battle against terrorism and to preserve Syria’s territorial integrity as well as its national independent decision.

For their part, Members of the delegation expressed full understanding of the real image of what Syria is facing, asserting that they continue exerting efforts to disclose amid the European and Sweden communities the conspiracy hatched against Syria and to create an insistent public opinion to force the European governments to change their polices which contradict with their countries’ interests and touched their citizens security.

The delegation met yesterday the Presidential Political and Media Advisor Bouthaina Shaaban who stressed that Syria is going ahead with its battle against terrorism.
