Terror mortar fire kills girl south of Damascus

PROVINCES,(ST)_Terrorist organizations fired on Thursday over 22 mortar shells on Sayyedeh Zainab town south of Damascus and on al-Saen town in the northern countryside of Hama, killing a girl and causing damages to homes.

A police command source was quoted on the official news agency (SANA) as citing that 2 mortar shells hit Gherbeh alley in Sayyedeh Zainab town south of Damascus, killing a five-year old girl.

The town of Sayyedeh Zainab is located west of Der al-Asafer and Zebdin towns in which terrorist organizations spread and target nearby safe areas with mortars and rockets.

Another terror attack occurred today in the northern countryside of Hama as 20 mortar shells hit al-Saen town, about 45 km north of Salameyeh city.

The terror attack caused damage to homes without casualties.

On September 4, a mother and her daughter were hurt when a mortar shell landed in Khnefes town in Salameyeh countryside, about 30km east of Hama city.

Terrorist organizations linked to Saudi regime spread in some towns in the eastern countryside of Hama.

Last night, terrorists fired a mortar shell on al-Amara and al-Kallaseh quarters in Damascus, killing at least 3 persons and wounding 6 others, according to local social media.
