Terror blast rips through Homs city

HOMS,(ST)_Terror explosion ripped through Homs city, killing at least 4 persons and wounding over 19 others on Saturday, according to a source in Homs province.

The source was quoted on the official news agency (SANA) as saying that terrorists blew up a Kia Rio car bomb with false number plates in the ‘al-Settin’ Street in al-Zahraa quarter, killing 4 persons and wounding 10 others.

“The terror explosion caused damage to several homes at the scene,” the source added.

Medical source in the province said that the hospital in Homs received 19 persons, including a child, wounded by the explosion.  

On June 14, at least 25 persons were wounded in a mini bus explosion in Karm al-Lawz quarter in the same city.
