Syrian army recaptures hill in Lattakia countryside, kills 46 terrorists in Aleppo
PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has recaptured a hill in the northeastern countryside of Lattakia and has killed over 46 terrorists in Aleppo.
According to the official news agency (SANA), army units regained control over Rweset Joret al-tanbor hill in the northeastern countryside of Lattakia after eliminating all terrorists outposts there.
The fresh achievement synchronized with killing over 46 terrorists in an operation carried out by an army unit in al-Sayyed Ali area in Aleppo and destroying several vehicles belonging to the ‘Jaish al-Fateh ‘terrorists [the army of conquest] in an airstrikes in the northwestern countryside of Hama.
Add to that, Syrian warplanes bombed terrorist hideouts in al-Ghab plain in Hama countryside and in Palmyra countryside as well as in the eastern countryside of Idlib and in Jisr Esh Shugur countryside .
Many terrorists were killed and injured in the air strikes, SANA said, indicating that army units targeted al-Nusra Front hideouts in Bosra al-Sham city, about 40km east of Daraa city.
In another development, the Beirut-based al-Mayadeen TV channel reported that Syrian army shelled terrorist groups in hayyan and Andan towns in the northern countryside of Aleppo by rockets.
It referred to a fierce fighting between ISIS and other armed groups north of Mare’a city in Aleppo countryside.
“ISIS blew up a car bomb at the entrance to Marea town amid continuity of clashes between ISIS and armed groups,” al-Mayadden reporter said.
Agreement in Zabadani city
The TV channel also talked about an agreement reached in Zabadani city north-west of Damascus and in Kafraya and al-Fo’a towns and Idlib countryside.
The agreement provides for the departure of gunmen from Zabadani city to Idlib countryside and evacuation of elderly persons from Kefraya and al-Fo’a towns.
“The wounded persons in the towns will be conveyed to hospital in Lattakia, while the wounded gunmen in Zabadani city will be conveyed by the Red Crescent to gunmen-held areas in Idleb,” the agreement says.
According to the agreement, a truce will be extended automatically.
