ISIS terrorists perpetrated a massacre in Berkh Botan town south of Ain al-Arab city in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo, local sources said Thursday.
The sources clarified that ISIS terrorists shot and killed 22 persons, most of them were women, children and elderly, after they had infiltrated today morning into Berkh Botan town.
The people of the town clashed with the ISIS terrorists and killed 5 of them before they withdrew from the town after the popular defense group reached it.
In Ain al-Arab city, media reports said ISIS terrorists carried out two suicide bombings at the border crossing with Turkey, killing at least 6 persons.
The ISIS terrorists infiltrated from the border crossing into Ain al-Arab city and clashed with forces defending the city.
Last January, the Kurdish People’s protection units drove out ISIS terrorists from the city of Ain al-Arab after 5-month-old fierce fighting where hundreds of ISIS terrorists were killed.
