Syrian army repels infiltration bids into airbase in Sweida, kills over 100 al-Nusra Front terrorists
PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has killed over 13 terrorists in Hama countryside and has struck ISIS and al-Nusr Front terrorists outside Sweida and Damascus, according to the official news agency (SANA).
The agency quoted today a military source as saying that an army unit repelled terrorists’ attack on a military post in al-Hamra town, which lies 40km north-east of Hama city, killing over 13 terrorists, most of them from the al-Nusra Front.
Two terrorist ringleaders, dubbed Abo Omran and Abo al-Zerqawi, were among the terrorists killed in the confrontations in the said town.
Last night, Syrian warplanes bombed ISIS hideouts in twons of al-Fasedeh, Eqirbat, Hammadi omar, Eidon in the eastern countryside of Hama.
The terrorist organizations announced through social media the death of a Tunisian Field Commander in al-Nusra Front, his name Abo al-Batol al-Tunisi, in Hama countryside.
Further terrorists affiliated to the same organization [al-Nusra Front] and to the so-called the ‘Ahrar al-Sham’ Movement were eliminated as army units conducted operations in Nab’a al-Sakher and Ber al-Ajam towns in southern Quneitra countryside as well as in Abo Shabta town in the northeastern countryside of the same province.
There were also other military operations against terrorist organizations in the northwestern countryside of Daraa and in the southwestern countryside of Damascus as well as in the northeastern countryside of Sweida where many terrorists were killed and injured, according to SANA.
Infiltration bids into Thaaleh airbase
the agency added that Syrian army in cooperation with popular defense groups foiled infiltration bids by large numbers of al-Nusra Front terrorists into al-Thaaleh airbase in Sweida countryside, killing more than 100 terrorists and injuring dozens.
A military source said that large numbers of terrorists’ vehicles were destroyed during the confrontations.
More 25 terrorists were eliminated when an army unit repelled terrorist group’s infiltration bid from Em Weld towns into the same airbase.
The US, Israeli, Saudi, Qatari, French and Turkish intelligence agents run the Amman Military Operations Center (MOC) which gives order to terrorist organizations operating in Daraa and Quneitra countryside.
Clashes in Aleppo
In another development, the Beirut-based al-Mayadeen TV channel reported that heavy clashes erupted between Syrian army and terrorist groups in the western fronts of Aleppo.
