HOMS,(ST)_At least 25 persons were wounded in a mini bus explosion in Karm al-Lawz quarter in Homs city, a police command source said Sunday.
The source was quoted on the official news agency (SANA) as saying that terrorists exploded a mini bus near the ‘al-Bohtori’ School in Karm al-Lawz quarter, wounding 25 persons and leaving serious damage to homes and shops at the scene.
“The wounded persons were admitted to nearby hospitals,” the source said, clarifying that the minibus was rigged with around 500kg of explosives.
On June 10, terrorists detonated an explosive device they had put inside a mini bus in al-Zahraa quarter in Homs city, causing material damage without casualties.
Two days ago, terrorists fired 3 mortars on al-Wafidin camp in Damascus countryside, killing a 12-year-old boy and wounding a 30-year-old man.
