Syrian American Forum Condemns Qalb Louzeh Massacre

WASHINGTON, (ST) _ The Syrian American Forum has strongly condemned the recent massacre committed by terrorist groups against innocent civilians in Qalb Louzeh village of Idleb countryside, holding the international community responsible for these terrorist acts, which are in contradiction with the UN norms and charter.

In a statement, yesterday, the Forum said that “armed terrorist groups are supported by the US intelligence and allies such as Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar,” calling for stopping this support to eliminate the aggravation of terrorism and extremism and save peoples, who suffer from the horrors of murder and displacement.

The statement pointed to what was published by the New York Times reporting to that most members of the so-called “al-Fatah army ” are from “al-Nusra Front” terrorist organization, which is on the US list of world terrorism and that it also includes other terrorist groups that receive US support through a CIA secret program.

For his part, the spokesman for the forum Dr. Ghias Moussa stressed that these terrorist crimes and massacres will not stop, as far as, the US has not changed its policy towards Syria, through a complete cessation of all forms of support it provides with its allies to terrorists who threaten Syria and its people, calling for submitting the  massacres committed by the armed terrorist organizations before the International Criminal Court, rather than keeping the international community in the event of silence regarding these heinous crimes.

Last Wednesday, terrorists of “al-Nusra Front” organization and so-called “al-Shaam Movement” committed an appalling massacre against the people of Qalb Louzeh village in Idleb countryside, which claimed the lives of dozens of civilians, including clerics and children and also looted and burned dozens of houses in the village.
