Syrian army clashes with ISIS terrorists south of Hasaka

PROVINCES,(ST)_Clashes have erupted between Syrian army units and the ISIS terrorists in Hasaka  countryside, as military operations have continued against terrorist organizations in Daraa and Aleppo.

According to a source in Hasaka province, army units and popular defense groups clashed today with ISIS terrorists on the outskirt of the Juvenile delinquents Institute and the main Power station and Sakher town in the southern countryside of the province.

The clashes resulted in inflicting heavy losses on ISIS terrorists that exploded 5 car bombs on the outskirts of the Juvenile delinquents Institute, which is under reconstruction.

The institute is located 10km south of Hasaka city.

A sixth car bomb was exploded by ISIS terrorists near the main power station causing damage to it.

Social media said that the official in charge of foreign relations in the ISIS, his name Mohammad Ghallab al-Mogher and his brother were killed in Hasaka countryside.

Last night, army units and popular defense groups clashed with ISIS terrorists on the outskirts of the International driving school and Rad Shaqra town in the southern countryside of the same province [Hasaka] where scores of terrorists were killed and injured, according to the official news agency (SANA).

Further terrorists were eliminated today as army units targeted terrorist outposts in the eastern countryside of Daraa and in Daraa al-Balad as well as in the northern countryside of Aleppo and in quarters of Bistan al-Qaser, Jameyet al-Zahraa, al-Jandoul and al-Layramon in the city of Aleppo.

Fresh progress in Qalamoun battle

In another development, the Beirut-based al-Mayadeen TV channel reported that Syrian army and the Lebanese resistance made a progress in Flita barrens in Qalamoun area and killed many of al-Nusra Front gunmen there.

Separately, SANA reported that 11 gunmen from Madaya town in Damascus countryside turned themselves in to the competent authorities for regularizing their situations.
