ISIS terrorists attack al-Haqef town in Sweida, killing 6

PROVINCES,(ST)_Terror attacks have killed at least 6 persons and wounded 2 others in the northeastern countryside of Sweida and in Homs city, according to the official news agency (SANA).

The agency quoted a source in Sweida province as saying that terrorist groups affiliated to the ISIS [it is Arabic acronym is Daesh] tried at 1.00am to cut the road linking al-Haqef and al-Bothaina towns and attacked the people of the towns, killing 6 persons including a woman.

The source added that army units in cooperation with popular defense groups clashed with the terrorists and mowed down 6 ISIS terrorists, including a Chechen and Saudi ones.

Scores of terrorists were wounded in the clashes that also resulted in the destruction of several ISIS vehicles, the source confirmed.

The town of al-Haqef is located near al-Qaser town on the outskirts of the Syrian Badia where ISIS terrorists spread.

Another terror attack took place today in Homs city where 2 persons were wounded in detonation of an explosive device in al-Hadara Street in Ekrema quarter.

More 2 persons were wounded as two mortar rounds hit al-Faihaa Stadium in Mazraa quarter in Damascus.
