Syria is Entitled to use all Capabilities of a Country in War: al-Bouti

DAMASCUS,(ST)_ ” Syria  is facing a global war; so  it is entitled as a state to provide what should be submitted by any state to  declare a state of emergency: to  summon reservists and use the diverse capabilities of its people ,” said  Scholar Mohammed Saeed Ramadan Bouti, Chairman of the Federation of Bilad al-Chaam Scholars.

In Friday ‘s sermon  at the Umayyad ‘s great mosque in Damascus al- Bouti pointed out that Islamic  Sharia law states that  fleeing from the country under such a war , is not only forbidden  but a major sin.

He cited   exceptions those people who were  displaced from their homes that were demolished or were  raped and thereby found themselves  homeless , as are entitled to leave  for escape and manage a better life.

” We are obliged as  leaders ,army and people to be in the same trench and to maintain a  solid humanitarian  stand at the commands of the God Almighty.  And we are ashamed of God if we sit  in our homes just watching the heroic efforts  of our army, doing nothing ,” he  emphasized.
