Local, Foreign Construction Companies to take part in SIMA’s 2nd Exhibition on Syria Reconstruction

Tens of construction companies from Syria, Austria, China and South Korea are to take part in the 2nd Exhibition on Syria Reconstruction due to be held by  the Syrian International Marketing Association (SIMA) on May 18th at the Dama Rose Hotel in Damascus.

The exhibition is to be held under the title “The Syrians Build Syria”.

SIMA Director General Mwaffak  Tayyara said in a statement to SANA that preparations for holding the exhibition were completed, stressing the success of SIMA’s first exhibition on Syria’s reconstruction which was held late last year.

He  pointed out that the participation of foreign companies will help meet the requirements of the reconstruction process in partnership with local trade and economic figures and will bring about new techniques to draw the work plan in the coming era.

He asserted that Syria will be built by the Syrians themselves.

The exhibition covers several domains including building and construction services as well as the services of real estate, engineering, energy, technical consultations, infrastructure, banking and insurance.
