Medical Equipment Exhibition to Open Soon

DAMASCUS, (ST) – With the participation of some 40 companies, including a number of foreign companies representing countries like America, France and Saudi Arabia as well as the participation of foreign medical delegations, the exhibition of Medical Equipment and Pharmaceuticals, ” MEDHEALTH 2015″, and the 8thScientific Conference of Damascus Physicians will open here next week. The event will be under the auspices of the Ministry of Health and organized by the of Damascus Physicians Association and Masarat  Company for Exhibitions and Conferences.  The exhibition will be kicked off on May 7 at the Dama Rose Hotel in Damascus.

Director of the organizing company, Anas Zabian, underlined that the event is a specialized exhibition in the field of medical equipment and pharmaceuticals, targeting specialized segments of society.

Concerning the foreign companies involved and the significance of this participation, Mr.Zabian confirmed that these companies are still found in the Syrian market and still working and this shows the importance of the Syrian market and the stages they have made in this area, and it also represents the importance and the status of the exhibition.

The importance of the exhibition, according to Mr. Zabian,that it is coincided with the 8th Scientific Congress of the Damascus Physicians Association, and the participation of a group of foreign delegations at the conference. The exhibition also includes a number of laboratories and Syrian companies that have returned to work again, and that the exhibition aims to focus on the modern generation of Medical Equipment and Pharmaceutical Services provided by the Syrian laboratories.

On the sidelines of the exhibition and the conference, some important collections of scientific lectures will highlight the many medical specialties, and other issues concerning pharmaceutical facilities and Syrian medical companies, in addition to discussions about the dangers of epidemics such as hepatitis, cholera and others.
