Syria in the frontline defending the World against Terrorism – French delegation

Lattakia, (ST)_ Members of the French delegation visiting Lattakia stressed that Syria is in the frontline fighting terrorist groups on behalf of the entire world. They voiced their solidarity with Syria against the international systematic terrorism.

During their meeting with Lattakia’s Governor Ibrahim Kheder Salem, the delegation hailed the co-existence and tolerance among Syrians, stressing that they will convey the truth of the destruction and vandalism acts perpetrated by the terrorists in Syria to their country.

The governor talked about the distinguished historical and tourist sites in Lattakia which make the city an important tourism destination on the Mediterranean Sea.

He called on the delegation to convey the truth of what is happening in Syria to the French people.

“The frequent visits of French delegations to Syria are an evidence of the French people conviction that their media has depicted the contrary image of the truth in Syria,” The governor told reporters.

On their part, members of the French delegation expressed their rejection of the war waged against Syria.

They condemned the French government’s support for the terrorist groups.
