Medical, Health Exhibition Next May

DAMASCUS, (ST) – Masarat Company, specialized in organizing exhibitions and conferences, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health will launch activities of the first medical health exhibition with the participation of 40 local and foreign companies on May 7th at the Dama Rose Hotel in Damascus.

The Director of Masarat Company Anas Zabian clarified that the Medical Health Exhibition is a specialized exhibition in the field of medical equipment and pharmaceuticals. The number of the participants in the exhibition is about 40, including foreign companies.

The importance of the exhibition, according to Zabian, that it coincides with holding the eighth Scientific Conference of the Damascus Physicians’ Association and the participation of foreign delegations. The event includes a number of laboratories and Syrian companies. The topics will focus on modern medical equipment and services, pharmaceuticals provided by the Syrian laboratories. Several of scientific lectures specialized in pharmaceutical industry and some diseases and epidemics will be held.

It is worthy mentioned that a medical exhibition was opened earlier this month with the participation of 15 pharmaceutical companies on the sidelines of the thirty-third of the annual General Conference of the Union of Pharmacists in the Sham Hotel in Damascus.
