Terror attack kills 8 in Aleppo city

ALEPPO,(ST)_Terrorists fired several mortar rounds on al-Khaledeyeh quarter and al-Nil Street in Aleppo city, killing at least 8 civilians on Saturday, according to a police command source.

The source clarified that terrorists, who are holed up in Bani Zied quarter, fired several mortar rounds on al-Khaledeyeh quarter and al-Nil Street, killing at least 8 civilians and wounding 25 others.

The mortar attack caused damage to several homes, shops and cars at the scene.

Terrorists affiliated to the so-called the ‘Shohada’a Badr’ brigade spread in Bani Zied quarter and they receive support from the Turkish Racep Tayyip Erdogan regime.

Five days ago, terrorists fired rockets on al-Jameleyeh quarter and the ‘Baron’ Street in the same city [Aleppo], killing at least 12 civilians and wounding 30 others.

Another mortar attack occurred today in the capital [Damascus].

A mortar round-fired by terrorists- fell on a shop at the historic Bab al-Salam area in the old city of Damascus, causing damage at the scene without casualties, the official news agency (SANA) reported.
