Syrian army kills over 80 terrorists

PROVINCES,(ST)_Syrian army has killed over 80 terrorists outside Homs and Hama a day after ambushing terrorists in the eastern Ghouta of Damascus, according to the official news agency (SANA).

The agency reported today that army units killed 50 terrorists in Kafr Zetta and Eqirbat towns in Hama countryside and eliminated 30 ISIS terrorists in Jazal area in Homs countryside.

Further terrorists were mowed down in intensified operations against terrorist hideouts in the northern countryside of Lattakia and in Idlib countryside as well as in al-Waer quarter in Homs city and outside Daraa.

An armed terrorist group was eliminated when an army unit targeted a car in Zemrin town in Daraa countryside, a military source said, adding that a weapons-laden car was destroyed in al-Ghareyeh al-Gharbeyeh town.

While in northern countryside of Lattakia, army units killed two bomb experts, one of them  Turkish, during operations three days ago.  

Ambush

Last night, army units killed many terrorists trying to flee the eastern Ghouta of Damascus towards al-Dmier area in Damascus countryside.

A military source declared that many terrorists were killed in the ambush and several others were arrested as they were trying to infiltrate from the Eastern Ghouta towards al-Dmier area.

On February 10, army units killed many terrorists as they were trying to dlee Meda’a towards al-Dmier area.

The ambush synchronized with strikes against terrorist organizations in Duma farms and in the southwestern countryside of Damascus as well as in the eastern edge of al-Qalamoun area.

The terrorist organizations admitted through social media that more than 37 members of the “Islam army’ were killed in Duma city.

Wide-scale operation in Aleppo countryside

In northern Aleppo province, army units targeted yesterday terrorist hideouts in Byanon, Kafr Hara, Hritan, Andan towns and on the outskirts of al-Mallah farms and Ratyan town where dozens of terrorists were killed.

A terrorist ringleader, dubbed Abo Qotada al-Somali, along with his men were killed during army’s operations in the northern countryside of Aleppo.
