At least 8 hurt from rocket attack on Damascus

DAMASCUS,(ST)_At least 8 civilians were hurt as 5 rockets hit Dwel’a and al-Sena’a quarters  in Damascus on Monday, according to a police command source.

The source was quoted on the official news agency (SANA) as citing that 2 rockets landed in al-Dwel’a quarter, wounding 5 civilians including a woman.

More 3 civilians were wounded when 3 rockets fell in al-Sena’a quarter in the same province [Damascus].

The rocket attacks left material damage at the scenes.

Last night, a rocket landed on a home in Esh al-Warwar quarter, which lies north of the capital [Damascus], killing a mother and wounding her boy.

Another rocket hit yesterday a home in BabTouma quarter in Damascus, leaving material damage to the home without casualties.

In Damascus countryside, 2 rockets landed in Jaramana suburb and there were no casualties, a police command source declared.

The US, France, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Israel support terrorist organizations operating in Syria, world media reports confirm.
